The Geoff Harrold 10k Cup will be run on Easter Sunday 8th April 2012. This will be a Combined Men and Women event in memory of Geoff Harrold
10am start with 4 categories: male/female and over 40 male/over 35 women. Trophies and £50 cash prize will be given to the winners in each category. Entries £10 in advance and Entries accepted on the day £15.
The event will be held at Lee Valley Athletic Centre Meridan Way Edmonton N9 0AR. A poster with all the details and an Entry Form are on the Noticeboard.

John Hovell
It is with great sadness that the Club has learned of the death of John Hovell who passed away on Sunday 22nd January.
John was the lead middle distance coach at Haringey Athletic Club and a former Chairman who helped Seb Coe with his
training before and after the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. The family requests donations to the Ron Pickering Memorial Fund or The Air Ambulance rather than flowers.
