Congratulations to Chris Kandu who took high jump gold in the Indoor Championships in Birmingham...and to Nnamdi Amadi, Gold medal in the U17 Triple Jump.
Chijindu Ujah (M20 60m) and Khai Riley-Laborde (M17 60m Hurdles) won Silver medals, and Bianca Williams won a Bronze medal in the W20 200m.
Cross Country medals
Paulos and Petros Asgodom silver and bronze medallists respectively in the English Cross Country Championships for under 15 boys, at Parliament Hill Fields on Saturday 25th February.

Geoff Harrold Cup
The Geoff Harrold 10k Cup will be run on Easter Sunday 8th April 2012. This will be a Combined Men and Women event in memory of Geoff Harrold
10am start with 4 categories: male/female and over 40 male/over 35 women. Trophies and £50 cash prize will be given to the winners in each category. Entries £10 in advance and Entries accepted on the day £15.
The event will be held at Lee Valley Athletic Centre Meridan Way Edmonton N9 0AR. A poster with all the details and an Entry Form are on the Noticeboard. |
