Match Report
The club's sole representative in Barcelona - Leon Baptiste - gave GB & NI a good start on the opening leg of the 4x100m Relay in the heats on Saturday and a solid exchange with Craig Pickering set up what looked like a comfortable qualification for the Final.
But then mayhem ensued. A safe exchange with Marlon Devonish was then followed by chaos as the final changeover saw Marlon and Mark Lewis-Francis bungle the baton change and fall back to 5th place with a time not quite fast enough to qualify.
